With the goal of “zero defects” performance, Brand Aerospace Engineering Corporation employees play an integral part in an advanced quality system that has the highest level of management support. As we move toward ISO 9001 2000 / AS9100, individual departments are organized into work centers of “cell groups” where workflow, rejection rate, percentage yields, and schedule performance are employee controlled and monitored by multidiscipline teams.
Our in-place AQS (Advanced Quality System) results in immediate corrective action, continuous measurable improvement, lower cost per item, more efficient material usage, and reduced scrap. Approved by major aerospace companies, Brand Aerospace Engineering Corporation has a commitment to quality that results in parts being shipped dock to stock or JIT programs shipping direct to assembly line sequencing.

- Electronic AS9100 First Article Reports
- Profile 80 CMM: Close tolerance Optical Non-contact with SPC reporting capabilities.
- CMM Brown and Sharpe, PC Dimis.
- Profile Meter to measure finishes from 2 to 64 or greater.
- Advanced measuring equipment (i.e. micrometers, air gages, bore gages)
- Brown and Sharp SPC Capable instruments with readouts.
